WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENSE & FITNESS
**New program starting in February!**
Do you know how to protect yourself? Through repetition and confidence building, we'll help you learn the skills and instinct you need to keep yourself safe in any situation. You'll learn different martial arts and self-defense techniques and get in a good workout at the same time. Previous martial arts experience is not necessary. No uniform required, just come in comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes. Our program is accessible for all ages and abilities — bring your daughter, a friend, or simply come on your own to learn how to stay safe. Ages 13 and up.
