**New program starting in February!**
Our kid's boxing program combines boxing techniques with age-appropriate cardio and strength training to create a fun and high-energy workout for your child. We teach basic boxing skills and techniques such as: stance, guard, movement, jab, cross, hook. This all increases strength and improves endurance for your child. This program is also perfect for students involved in other sports who are interested in cross-training and improving their athleticism. Available for students ages 7 - 13 years old.
